Gulab jamun ki sabzi

Frist of all we learn how to make gulab jamun for sabzi
Ingridients:-
- 100gm Mawa
- 20gm Maida
- 200ml oil for fry
Recipie:-
- Take Maida and Mawa in a bowl
- creat a dow by beating them
- After creating dow make some littel ball of all the dow
- Then take a frying pan pour the oil into pan
- Wait for hot oil untill it get hot
- Then fry the dow's ball in low heat
- Fry them until they convert into gold colour
Now you have your gulab jamun for sabzi
After making gulab jamun we make the sabzi's puree
Ingridients:-
- 500ml curd
- 1 tsp Mirch powder
- 1 tsp Haldi powder
- 2 tsp dhaniya powder
- salt to taste
- pure ghee 2 tbsp
- hing powder 1/4 tsp
- jeera 1 tsp
Recipie:-
- Take a bowl and pour the curd and all four masalas
- Mix them well
- Take a frying pan and pour the pure ghee in it
- After the ghee get hot pour the hing powder and jeera in the ghee
- Then pour the curd which we prepared into the frying pan
- After our puree get bubbles pour all the gulab jamun which we prepared
- after pouring gulab jamun shut off the gas and close the pan
- Do not cook the sabzi after pouring gulab jamun becouse if we cook them more then our gulab jamun can lost there position
